St Martins Parish church. Jersey. C.I.
Over many years we have done a lot of work at the parish church. From small repairs, completely removing and rebuilding large detailed windows, to creating two windows.
This large altar window depicting “The Asencion of Christ”, was created in 2001. The design was to be in a traditional style and technique with painted and enamelled detail. Bright colours were used to give a modern, bright effect, filled with light.
“Jesus and the little children”. We have done a couple of windows of this subject, another one for the Butlin family is in St Johns Parish church. Neil’s now famous “trademark” of his Border collies is perhaps more visible here than any other window. The children of the Parish play a game of trying to find them.
